S&D delegation in Cancun meets trade unions

Today Socialists & Democrats from the European Parliament Marita Ulvskog, Dan Jorgensen, Linda McAvan and Kriton Arsenis met trade unions from Europe, Africa and Latin America to discuss the ITUC's campaign for 'Just transition towards green jobs'.

The trade unions updated MEPs on the status of the negotiations. They are fighting to get this language into the agreement on "Shared vision for long-term cooperative action" to be included in the first chapter of the negotiated text.
